  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. Those are for member use only.
  • This home has one exterior doorbell style camera monitoring the main entryway. No cameras view the interior of the home or common gathering areas.

Policies and Rules

  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • All visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the amenities.
  • Returning guests of On Mountain Time may receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
    • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
    • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
    • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice. The driveway is paved with a steep incline to approach the home. There is a large, flat area for parking at the top.
  • Free parking is available onsite.
